Our primary vision is to be an education, investigation and implementation center that is equivalent of the effective, contemporary and respected universities. We aim to increase the quality in education and training by assisting in the exchange of academic staff that are experienced and competent in international terms. We aim to assist in educating qualified students by supporting academic staff and student mobility programmes that provide new educational and career opportunities.
